Our Goal
The goal of Sherree Transitions is to provide teens who have aged out of the foster care system a safe, healthy, drug free environment, in a well supervised, positive atmosphere, staffed by caring, competent and supportive adults. The program is designed to extend, enrich and remediate their identified social and developmental needs, as well as to fill existing gaps in services to at risk teens within our community.
